At Clarke Squeegee Window Cleaning LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and aim to deliver spotless, streak-free windows with every service. If you’re not completely satisfied, we want to make it right.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • A service was paid for but not delivered due to our scheduling or operational error.

  • A cancellation was made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • A return visit did not resolve your original concern after a re-clean attempt.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • The service was completed and signed off as satisfactory at the time of service.

  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after service are not eligible for re-clean or refund.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee of $25.
