Welcome to Clarke Squeegee Window Cleaning LLC. By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Clarke Squeegee Window Cleaning LLC offers professional residential and commercial window cleaning services. Service specifics, including pricing, scope, and scheduling, will be agreed upon prior to each appointment

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or text.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to windows at the scheduled time.
If access is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, etc.).
A late fee may apply to overdue invoices after 7 days.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. Refunds will be considered only after a re-clean has been attempted (see Refund Policy for details).

Damage & Liability

While we take great care with every service, Clarke Squeegee Window Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, sills, or frames.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any fragile areas or concerns prior to service.
We are insured and will address any verifiable damage caused by our team during service.

Weather Policy

For the safety of our team and the quality of your results, services may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds, etc.). We will notify you promptly and work to find the next available appointment.
